Why Did You Create Marin Buzz?

Allison and Brian are locals (more on that in a bit) who have the same problem as you. We’ve all explored Marin, but get stuck in a rut going to the same places over and over again.

I’ve heard friends say they never go somewhere just 15 minutes away, and want an excuse to go.

This is partially just the modern age, but also unique to Marin. Marin is so spread out with many individual communities. Each has hidden gems, they are just tough to find.

So we created a free email newsletter that highlights the best events and activities.

The goal is to encourage more exploration and build a tighter bond with each other and this beautiful place we all live.

So… Who Are You?

It’s a tale as old as Marin.

The wife is born and raised here, the husband moved to the Bay Area for college or a job. They meet in an SF bar or through a dating app.

Yes, that’s the Brian and Allison story as well. One of our first dates was in Sausalito, Brian proposed at Blackie’s Pasture, and we moved back to Marin over six years ago.

We have a lot of extended family in the area and two rambunctious boys. Just living the dream!
