Welcome to Memorial Day weekend! Here’s what is going on.

This is a beautifully designed new place in Tiburon by a husband and wife team. It just opened at the end of February and I’m looking forward to checking it out. It has just the right amount of food for high quality pairings and a weekend happy hour 2-5. And don’t worry Mill Valley folks, it’s located right in the Nugget shopping center in the Bel Aire neighborhood, so you don’t have to drive all the way to downtown Tiburon and deal with parking.

Coco Coco Coconut is a male Siamese rescued from the shelter in 2015 in Vallejo at 4 months old. He thinks he's a dog and likes popcorn.

The key to a $1.3T opportunity

A new real estate trend called co-ownership is revolutionizing a $1.3T market. Leading it? Pacaso. Led by former Zillow execs, they already have $110M+ in gross profits with 41% growth last year. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO. But the real opportunity’s now. Until 5/29, you can invest for just $2.80/share.

This is a paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Please read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals. Under Regulation A+, a company has the ability to change its share price by up to 20%, without requalifying the offering with the SEC.
