Estate Sales and Auctions
I’ve been keeping an eye open since I know you love a good deal. There is a Tiburon estate sale Friday + Saturday (lots of art and knick-knacks) and also a San Rafael auction (jewelry, some cool furniture) that closes online Sunday and you can view in-person.
The climbing gym is celebrating with $10 admission, free workshops, food trucks, free raffles, and gear discounts. Saturday and Sunday, 10-3.
“Direct from the factory at significant discounts” and “everything must go”. If you are in the market for one, it might be worth stopping by for free.
Saturday, August 16
Right on the ball field is a fair to benefit the volunteer fire department. Baby goats plus the usual (live music, food and drink vendors, games, etc.). 12-3, free.
This is a short presentation and 3 mile roundtrip stroll to Drake’s landing site. 9am, free.
There are a lot of restoration projects, this one includes a short row boat to the island in the Bolinas Lagoon and lunch is provided. 10-2, free.
The movie is at 5:30 in the Creek Park Amphitheatre. Free.
Always worth stopping by if you are in the area. 11-5.
Sunday, August 17
Want to see a Rock & Roll hall of famer wailing on the guitar? (He joined the band Heart 20+ years ago.) 5pm, free.
This is a fun band at a wonderful spot. Go have some fun. 4pm, $30.

You could check out the Cotati Accordion Festival. The Pizza, Bagel, and Beer Festival is in North Beach SF.
