Marin events and activities this weekend
Spring break is almost here! For some that means jetting off to Maui or Cabo. For the rest of us, it means lighter traffic on 101…
As always, if you go to any of these events, tag us on Instagram.
Happy Birthday: Jamie Cho, Kasey Dreier

I wondering if we should create Marin Buzz gear, but there is a local brand that is already crushing it. They started less than two years ago, maybe you’ve seen their Instagram or their hats around town. Check ‘em out!

This sounds… interesting… a stand-up competition at an Asian restaurant next to Dollar Tree. $20 from 9-11pm. I love unique events like this, so see you there.

All Weekend Long
Homeowners everywhere are thinking about sprucing up their yard this time of year. Buy online starting Thursday at 6pm. Pick up Saturday in the Bon Air parking lot.
The pop-up carnival rolls on.
Saturday, April 5
Has this been on your to-do list for years? Maybe this is the first step… 10-11:30.
This is a free event and chance to see horses up close. 10-2.
If you are a foodie who entertains, you must join this $150 workshop from 2-4.
Turn back the clocks to a simpler time. There used to be regular dances in the Fairfax Pavilion, so I guess they are trying one. This $15 event is from 7-9.

The legend visits Marin and you’ll be up close for $20. Show starts at 7.
Sunday, April 6
Flat walk from 10-12 around this new park. I like that they specifically included dogs in the title.
Clay Bell is a regular at Finnegan’s and will be playing the free show starting at 5:30.
If You Want a Spring Break Activity
Take the ferry to SF (bonus points if you take the SMART Train to the ferry) on Tuesday for a free Ben & Jerry’s cone.
